Language

The NN13 & ISSON13 language will be English.

Registration and On-site Registration

Attendees can pick up their personal congress material at the registration desk.
If you register on-site at the registration desk you can pay by cash.
All conference participants including invited speakers must register for the conference and receive an official badge.
Every participant must wear an official conference badge to enter the conference rooms of the NN13 & ISSON13.

Visas

Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the organisers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The organizers can do nothing further to assist this process. More Information can be found here.

Low Cost Flights

This list includes some low cost flights to Thessaloniki announced for the Summer Season of 2012. Additional options can be found at both  Olympic Airlines  and Aegean Airlines websites.

Currency

The currency is EURO (€). The official exchange rate is published daily in the newspapers. Cash and travelers checks are easily exchanged in banks and hotels. Most hotels and restaurants accept international credit cards.

Liability

The NN13 - ISSON13 organizing committee cannot be held responsible for any changes in the program due to circumstances beyond their control.

The organizers do not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the event. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.
