Language
English is the official language of the ISFOE15.
Registration and On-site Registration
Attendees can pick up their personal congress material at the registration desk. If you register on-site at the registration desk you can pay by cash. All ISFOE15 participants including invited speakers must register to the ISFOE15 and receive an official badge. Every participant must wear an official conference badge to enter the conference rooms of the ISFOE15.
Visas
Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the organizers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The organizers can do nothing further to assist this process. More Information can be found here.

Low cost flights to Thessaloniki can be found in the following airlines' websites - Olympic Airlines, Aegean Airlines, Ryanair, EasyJet.
Currency
The currency is EURO (€). The official exchange rate is published daily in the newspapers. Cash and travelers checks are easily exchanged in banks and hotels. Most hotels and restaurants accept international credit cards.
Liability
The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for any changes in the program due to circumstances beyond their control.
Note
The organizers do not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the event. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.

Please do not leave bags and suitcases unattended at any time.
