* A primary event for participating (e.g. ISFOE or NN) and contributing, must be selected during the registration. Contributing abstracts for I3D Conference will be included in both ISFOE and NN Abstract Books.

IMPORTANT: ON-SITE Registration is available only for Registrations without any contributing abstract, with an ADDITIONAL COST of 100 euro on the registration rates.
Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).
Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration will not be validated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees until May 31, 2020. After May 31st, there will be no refunds.
