Health & Safety Procedures for your Live participation
BEFORE YOU ENTER THE NANOTEXNOLOGY VENUE (Porto Palace Hotel)
All participants are strongly suggested to arrive at the conference venue at least 60 minutes prior to their presentation, or prior to the start of the NANOTEXNOLOGY Sessions.
Not registered attendees or support staff will not be allowed to enter the conference Venue.
All participants (Keynote/Invited/contributed speakers, participants, visitors, accompanying persons, conference staff) have to show to the Registration staff, the following documents:
- Vaccination Certificate OR
- Negative RT-PCR test
In case that these documents will not be provided, it is mandatory to perform a Rapid Test at a specific Test Area at the entrance of the Porto Palace Hotel.
If the Rapid Test will be NEGATIVE, the participant can access the NANOTEXNOLOGY event.
If the Rapid Test will be POSITIVE:
- The participant will not be allowed to enter the NANOTEXNOLOGY event
- He/she will remain at a designated area of the Porto Palace Hotel and he/she will be instructed to proceed with the Official Health Guidelines for COVID-19 cases. Also, he/she be referred to do a RT-PCR test to a certified Diagnostic Laboratory in Thessaloniki. A list of these laboratories will be provided to the participant by the NANOTEXNOLOGY Secretariat in order for him/her to choose and perform the RT-PCR test.
- He/she will have to inform the NANOTEXNOLOGY Secretariat about the RT-PCR test results.
- He/she will have to provide to the NANOTEXNOLOGY Secretariat a list with his/her contacts to trace any potential positive cases among the participants.
- The Secretariat will inform EODY and the GGPP on this case.
AFTER YOU ENTER THE NANOTEXNOLOGY VENUE (Porto Palace Hotel)
Mask is mandatory for all participants, organizers, support & technical staff during their stay in the NANOTEXNOLOGY event premises.
Only the chair / speakers of the Workshop/Session, the participants and technical staff will be allowed to enter to the conference room.
All participants must keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 m to all directions.
The maximum occupancy for each room will be 50 persons (including participants and NANOTEXNOLOGY support staff).
The Porto Palace Hotel and the NANOTEXNOLOGY Organizers, apply the respective Health Protocols in accordance with the applicable provisions of your participation to the event and to its activities.
