(members of Enterprise Europe Network - Hellas), together with LTFN & 2015 NANOTEXNOLOGY Events, provide an opportunity for transnational technology, business and research partnerships in the emerging fields of Nanotechnologies & Organic Electronics by organising a Matchmaking Event (B2B) on Wednesday 8 July 2015. The Matchmaking Event will be organised in the framework of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2015 Expo, the first specialized exhibition on Nanotechnologies Organic Electronics taking place in Greece, the 12th International Conference on Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies - NN15 and the 8th International Symposium on Flexible Organic Electronics - ISFOE15. |  |
The aim of the Matchmaking Event is to encourage meetings between technology developers and technology users in order to foster technical cooperation in the fields of Nanotechnologies & Organic Electronics.
Last year, in the framework of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2014, PRAXI Network and MIRTEC S.A., members of Enterprise Europe Network, in collaboration with LTFN, organized successfully the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2014 Matchmaking Event. The event took place in the exhibition area on Wednesday 9th of July and it attracted 68 participants who followed a schedule of 150 prearranged bilateral meetings totally.
Scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs from Greece and 17 other countries had the opportunity to discuss research, technological and business co-operations, choosing in advance profiles meeting their interests. The whole process was designed to take full advantage of the busy and creative environment of the conferences, addresing mostly to attendees but also external visitors. After the event the majority of the participants stated that it was an initiative with positive impact and that they had interesting meetings with high possibility of forming collaborations.

The Matchmaking process
The interested parties will be invited to register and submit their technology (offer and / or request), business and / or research cooperation profiles, which will be incorporated in the Matchmaking Event e-catalogue. The e-catalogue will be distributed to all participants prior to the event. The expressions of interest will be matched to organise direct bilateral meeting during the event. The meetings' schedule will be available to the participants prior to the event.
Technical and organisational aspects
The Matchmaking Event will follow the specifications of the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest business support organisation in Europe (and beyond), covering 57 countries. Participants may attend the NN15 and ISFOE15 conferences or participate only in the bilateral meetings of the Matchmaking Event event. The technical aspects of the Matchmaking Event will be managed by the Enterprise Europe Network partners.
