How to Register

1. IMPORTANT: You must be a registered user first. Create a user profile by visiting this link

2. Please Register On-Line using the Registration Form.

* A primary event for participating (e.g. ISFOE or NN) and contributing, must be selected during the registration. Contributing abstracts for I3D Conference will be included in both ISFOE and NN Abstract Books.

IMPORTANT: ON-SITE Registration is available only for Registrations without any contributing abstract, with an ADDITIONAL COST of 50 euro on the full registration rates.
Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).
Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration will not be validated.

The Registration Fee includes:
- Access to ISFOE19, NN19, I3D19
- Access to the NANOTEXNOLOGY EXPO 2019
- Access to the Matchmaking Event and Business Forum
- Conference material of the selected primary event -ISFOE or NN- (Bag, corresponding Abstract Book, Name Tag, information material, etc.)
- Access to NANOTEXNOLOGY 2019 Coffee Breaks and Lunches
- Participation to the Official NANOTEXNOLOGY 2019 Gala Dinner
- Participation to the Beach Party (including transportation, 2 free drinks & dinner)
- Participation to the ISSON19 Welcome Dinner (only for Summer School & Conferences Registration Options)

The Registration fee for Accompanying Person (150 Euros) includes:
- Access to NANOTEXNOLOGY 2019 Coffees and Lunches
- Participation to the Official NANOTEXNOLOGY 2019 Gala Dinner
- Participation to the Beach Party (including transportation, 2 free drinks & dinner)

The early registration discount is valid for registration fees paid until May 10.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees until May 31, 2019. After May 31st, there will be no refunds.
