Last year, in the framework of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2020, PRAXI Network, member of Enterprise Europe Network, in collaboration with Nanotechnology Lab LTFN, organized successfully the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2020 Matchmaking Event. The event took place in the exhibition area on Wednesday the 8th of July and it attracted 150 prearranged bilateral meetings.
Researchers, Start-up companies and entrepreneurs from 20 countries had the opportunity to discuss technological, technology transfer and business co-operations, choosing in advance profiles meeting their interests. The whole process was designed to take full advantage of the busy and creative environment of the conferences, addressing mostly to attendees but also external company and industry visitors. After the event, the majority of the participants stated that it was an initiative with a very positive impact and that they had interesting meetings with a high possibility of forming collaborations.
Target groups
Scientists and entrepreneurs, developers, engineers, and practitioners, as well as companies - end-users of Nanotechnologies & Organic Electronics, will be able to review recent developments, identify outstanding needs and solutions for their business.

The Matchmaking process
Participants will need to register and upload their cooperation profiles in the dedicated platform (available soon). All participants may request meetings with potential partners via the platform. The final agenda with pre-arranged meetings will be scheduled by the event organizers two days before the event.
Technical and organizational aspects
The Matchmaking Event will follow the specifications of the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest business support organization in Europe (and beyond), active in more than 60 countries. Participants may attend the NN21 and ISFOE21 or participate only in the bilateral meetings of the Matchmaking Event event. The technical aspects of the Matchmaking Event will be managed by the Enterprise Europe Network partners.
