Registration Procedure

 

How to Register

Step 1: Create your User Account on the NANOTEXNOLOGY Submission Platform.

Step 2: You will receive an email with an activation link. Please visit this link in order to activate your account.

Step 3: Login to the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2023 users area to Fill and Submit the Registration Form.

Step 4: Finalize the payment of the Registration Fee.

* A primary event for participating (e.g. ISFOE or NN) and contributing, must be selected during the registration. Contributing abstracts for I3D Conference will be included in both ISFOE and NN Abstract Books.

Your Registration Fee includes access to:
- All NANOTEXNOLOGY 2023 Conferences (ISFOE, NN, I3D)
- NANOTEXNOLOGY EXPO 2023
- Matchmaking Event and Business Forum
- NANOTEXNOLOGY 2023 Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Official Gala Dinner

The Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes access to:
- NANOTEXNOLOGY 2023 Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Official Gala Dinner

ON-SITE Registration:
- This option is available only for registrations at the Registration Desk with an ADDITIONAL COST of 100 euro on the full registration rates.
- All presenters (Invited, Oral, Poster) must finalize their registration until 7 June 2023 in order to confirm your spot in the program.

Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).

Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration will not be validated.

1. Bank Transfer Payment: All banking costs have to be paid by the participants.

2. Cancellation Policy: There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees if the registration will be cancelled until May 31, 2023. For cancellations after May 31st, no refund will be available.
