If you need visa, the organization will be pleased to provide you with an Invitation Letter for your application. Visa applications have to be done by yourself to the nearest Greek embassy or consulate which are going to inform you regarding the requirements and documents are needed. Please ensure that is sufficient time left for the applications to be completed. More information about Visas can be found here.
Be aware that we won‘t be able to contact directly embassies or consulates and the participant is sole responsible to apply and follow up on his Visa application.
In order to provide you with an Invitation Letter, the following requirements have to be fulfilled:
- Be an author of an accepted abstract
- Have paid the advanced registration fee for this conference
Provided information needed for the invitation letter
- Your full name (please specify family name and given name)
- Tiltle (Dr. Prof. Mr Ms)
- Organization
- Full mailing address
- Telephone and fax number
- Email address
- Additional information such as title of the abstract
- Copy of the bank transfer
