NANOTEXNOLOGY 2022 will be a Hybrid multi-event, combining Live (On-site) and Virtual (On-line) presentations and participation.
NANOTEXNOLOGY Virtual will be held using the alfaview video conferences system.
Enter the NANOTEXNOLOGY Virtual environment
During the Event you can get access to the NANOTEXNOLOGY virtual environment via the interactive NANOTEXNOLOGY virtual Floor Plan shown below as a representative image. The floorplan will be available for all participants, a few days before NANOTEXNOLOGY multi-event on the Users Area of nanotexnology.com.
To test the platform you can connect to the virtual Registration and Helpdesk which is open to participants (Monday to Friday 10:00-15:00 CET). For more details see the "User Guidelines" section below.
Testing the virtual environment
- Download alfaview video-conference system onto your PC/laptop.
- Click on Registration and Helpdesk.
- Type your Name and click on the "Join" button.
You can also select the option "Remember me", so that your credentials are saved for next login.
- Select the checkbox named "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and click on "Join" button again.
If you want to read the terms and privacy statement of the platform, click on the correspondent links and one new tab will open in your browser. When finished and in order to join the platform, return to the previously opened tab and select the option "Join" (the checkbox will still be checked after having clicked on the corresponding link).
- Our colleagues will be there to give you instructions and support and answer to your questions.
- If your institutional firewall prevents you to participate, give this link to your network administrator (please make sure that the website alfaview.com is accessible)*.
* In case your network administration does not grant you access to participate, try to use an alternative internet provider.

Submit your Abstract to NANOTEXNOLOGY 2022
In case you have not registered yet, please follow the next steps:
Step 1: Create your User Account on the NANOTEXNOLOGY Submission Platform.
Step 2: You will receive an email with an activation link. Please visit this link in order to activate your account.
Step 3: Login to the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2022 users area and proceed with the 1st option for your Registration and Abstract Submission.
In case you have already registered and wish to submit an Abstract at this stage:

Information on Poster Presentations
All posters will be presented in the Virtual Poster Sessions (on-line alfaview service) in PowerPoint file format (5-6 slides max).
