CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your registration before 29 May 2026, there is a refund of 75% of the registration fees. After 29 May 2026, no refund will be given.

Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).

Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration will not be validated.
