Scope

This Focus Collection aims to bring together high-quality contributions from cutting-edge research at the interdisciplinary field of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2026, one of Europe’s leading multidisciplinary platforms integrating Nanoscience & Nanotechnologies, Flexible Organic Electronics, advanced manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence and Agro-Nano. This collection aims to capture the latest breakthroughs covering from fundamental research to applied and technological implementation to scalable and sustainable manufacturing approaches and applications and it will combine high quality contributions from internationally acknowledged scientists, researchers, and industrial experts in the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2026 events that include the:

Submission process

We encourage submissions from all authors that will present their work by Keynote, Invited or contributed presentations (including oral or poster) and whose work fits with the scope of this focus collection. The collection will also feature invited contributions. All focus issue articles are subject to the same review process as regular articles. Please submit your article via the online submission form. You should submit the appropriate article type for your submission then choose "Focus Collection on Nanotechnology and Flexible Organic Electronics" from the drop-down menu.

Deadline for submissions

The target deadline for submissions is 31 October 2026 though we can be flexible where necessary. We encourage early submission where possible, as articles will be published on acceptance without being delayed by other papers in the collection.
