The above prices for early discount are valid when registration fees are paid until May 11. Please send a copy of the bank transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

IMPORTANT: In case that you will pay ON-SITE, an ADDITIONAL COST of 50 Euros applies on all the above prices.On-site payment is only available for registrations without any contributing abstracts (oral or poster presentations). In case you have submitted an abstract, the registration fees must be paid either by bank transfer or using the online platform.
Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).

Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration to the Conference will not be validated.

The ISFOE18 Registration Fee includes the following:
- Access to all ISFOE18 Workshops and Sessions
- Conference material (bag, Abstract Book, information material)
- Access to Coffees and Lunches during the event
- Participation to Official NANOTEXNOLOGY 2018 Gala Dinner
- Participation to the Beach Party (including transportation, 1 free drink & dinner)
- Access to the NANOTEXNOLOGY EXPO 2018

The registration fee for Accompanying Person (150 Euros) includes:
- Access to Coffees and Lunches during the event
- Participation to Official NANOTEXNOLOGY 2018 Gala Dinner
- Participation to the Beach Party (including transportation, 1 free drink & dinner)

International Workshop on 3D Printing, 3D Bioprinting, Digital & Additive Manufacturing
In order to register for the whole Workshop (2 - 6 July) please select one of the ISFOE+NN options. In any other case you will participate only partially to the Workshop. e.g. If you register only for ISFOE you will participate only in the first 4 days of the workshop.

Special Workshops
In order to register for one of the 2018 Special Workshops, you can either register for 1-Day-pass selecting the corresponding conference option, or select the Full Registration and participate in the whole corresponding event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees until May 31, 2018. After May 31st, there will be no refunds.
