Attendees can pick up their personal congress material at the registration desk. If you register on-site at the registration desk you can pay by cash. All AGRINANO26 participants including invited speakers must register to the AGRINANO26 and receive an official badge. Every participant must wear an official conference badge to enter the conference rooms of the AGRINANO26.

Visas - Invitation Letters

If you need a visa, the organization will be pleased to provide you with an Invitation Letter for your application. Visa applications have to be done by yourself to the nearest Greek embassy or consulate which are going to inform you regarding the requirements and documents that are needed. Be aware that we won‘t be able to contact directly embassies or consulates and the participant is sole responsible to apply and follow up on his Visa application.
