Registration Procedure
How to Register
Step 1: Create your User Account on the NANOTEXNOLOGY Submission Platform.
Step 2: You will receive an email with an activation link. Please visit this link in order to activate your account.
Step 3: Login to the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2026 users area to Fill and Submit the Registration Form.
Step 4: Finalize the payment of the Registration Fee.

* A primary event for participating (e.g. ISFOE or NN) and contributing, must be selected during the registration. Contributing abstracts for AI3D Conference will be included in both ISFOE and NN Abstract Books.

- NANOTEXNOLOGY 2026 Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Official Gala Dinner and Beach Party
The Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes access to:
- NANOTEXNOLOGY 2026 Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Official Gala Dinner and Beach Party
ON-SITE Registration:
- This option is available only for registrations at the Registration Desk with an ADDITIONAL COST of 100 euro on the full registration rates.
- All presenters (Invited, Oral, Poster) must finalize their registration until 29 May 2026 in order to confirm your spot in the program.
Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).
Bank transfer fees cannot be imputed to organizers. Where the amount is lower than what is due, the registration will not be validated.

Important Reminders
- Bank Transfer Payment: All banking costs have to be paid by the participants.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - Cancellation Policy: There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees if the registration will be cancelled until May 29, 2026. For cancellations after May 29th, no refund will be available.
