Workshop on Real-time Metrology and Quality Control for Nano-Manufacturing

in line21 isfoe

The development and integration of In-line & Real-time Metrology tools and methodologies in manufacturing is a prerequisite to achieve reduction of defects during the process and to achieve a high quality and sustainable production for novel materials, devices and products.

This Workshop will reveal the huge potentiality of in-line and real-time metrology systems and methods (tools, measurement/analysis methodologies, protocols, integration concepts) to revolutionize the digital manufacturing of advanced materials, devices, components, processes and products based on Organic & Printed Electronics.

The Workshop topics include:

  • In-line/In-situ/Real-Time characterization tools and methodologies
  • Zero-defect manufacturing by non-destructive metrology methods and tools
  • Novel Instruments and Improvements
  • Optical, Electrical, Structural, Visual characterization
  • Characterization protocols and standards
  • Defect inspection from nano- to macro- scales
  • Modeling and analysis approaches
  • Data Management and Interoperability in Industrial scale
  • Artificial Intelligence for sustainable, agile manufacturing of Organic Electronics
  • Machine Learning algorithms for Metrology Data Analysis
  • Integration concepts in pilot and production lines
  • Feedback, Quality Control and Automation
  • In-line Process in Roll-to-Roll, Vacuum and Gas Transport
  • Manufacturing & Applications
